COMPETENCIES

We have all relevant and important steps for manufacturing high quality products in-house. Thus we can flexibly and quickly react to the increasing market and customer demands:
Machine construction in-house
Machines are planned in-house using CAD programs. Together with an experienced team of mechanical engineers we are able to design, assemble and maintain our machines ourselves. For this we use our own CNC and workshop area.
R&D in-house
Whether for the development of new filter media or the optimization of existing filtration products, we have a team of committed employees and the appropriate equipment available. This enables us to work on customized products and continously adapt our standard products to the increasing demands of the market.
Production in-house
From production of filter media to the manufacture of finished filters, we have all production steps in-house. Thus we can keep an eye on the quality of the whole product portfolio and can react promptly.
Laboratory / Test rig in-house
In addition to our laboratory, which monitors our high quality standard during production, a new filter test laboratory was set up in 2017. In cooperation with an independent test laboratory, a test rig was designed allowing us to also test filters according to ISO 16890, EN 779 and Ashrae 52.2.
